Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

Once an order begins processing, we’re unable to make any changes. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days. Please wait until your order arrives, and then follow our return policy if needed.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder.

How can I track the status of my order?

Please refer to your shipment confirmation email for your tracking number and the status of your order.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
