Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help. Simply contact us or start your exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date via our Return Portal.
All items discounted 60% or more are considered final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All warehouse sale or sample sale purchases are considered as final sale.
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. All swimwear must be returned in new and unused condition with the hygienic liner still in place. Due to the intimate nature of these items, we recommend wearing underwear when trying them on. Any returned swimwear missing the hygienic liner, or in otherwise worn condition, will not be accepted or eligible for a refund or exchange. All bodysuits are considered final sale.
Once we've received your return and checked that everything's in order, we'll refund your full order amount, minus a $15 restocking fee. Returns can take up to 14 business days from the time they arrive at our warehouse to receive, inspect and process.
Shipping charges paid on orders under $250 are non-refundable.
Please note that only one return request is allowed per order.
