• The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days
• The item must still be available on our website in the style and size that you bought
• Price adjustments can only be applied once per style
• Offers and promotions cannot be combined.

If all the above criteria have been met, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the item and we will refund the difference back to the original method of payment.
